Tekson Electronics, was established in the year 1990. Mr. Deepak Tekmal, an Electronics Engineer promoted the unit, with over 20 years hardcore experience in research and development of Automobile Electronics and Process Control Instrumentation. Mr. Deepak Tekmal is having the experience of 8 years in the R & D Department of M/s. Bajaj Auto Limited. Also served the M/s. Gujarat Narmada Auto Limited for more than 2 years. After that he started company for manufacturing of Electronic Modules such as Electronic Ignition Units, Voltage Regulators, Flashers, Buzzers, Testing jigs etc. for the stringent specifications of automobile giants like Bajaj Auto Limited and Gujarat Narmada Auto Limited.
This was supported by development of a vast range of Automobile Wiring Harnesses to OE Specifications; and become Exporter of the same components in very short time span. In the subsequent years, the company successfully diversified into new areas involving development and supply of Electro-mechanical components, Piezo Buzzers and Harnesses for Washing Machines, Control Panels for Genset manufacturers. We had also manufactured the test jig for testing BCM, Instrument Clusters, Combination Switch & Rotary Switch for the companies like M/s Mahindra Engineering Services Ltd. M/s John Deere Technology Center & M/s Magna Steyr India (Pvt) Ltd.

Each product group is managed by a team leader who is involved in product development, manufacturing and testing of group products. Cross-functional support is provided by marketing and administrative team.
The management provides support in problem solving, facility provision, setting up systems and imparting skills required for effective performance of employees.
We emphasize on empowerment of our people and encouragement to team leaders manage and improve the process. We are presently installing a Quality System in line with the ISO 9001 to enable to take decisions based on data and analysis.
